The Severn/Muskoka regional office is now looking for cottages to represent in the Lake Simcoe, Lake Couchiching and Muskoka Region, north to Parry Sound.
If you are a cottage owner looking to rent out your cottage
and be represented by one of the oldest, largest
and certainly the best cottage rental agency in Ontario,
please contact the Severn / Muskoka regional office who will be happy to
evaluate your cottage for rental in 2010 and beyond.

If you see a cottage you like below, we will be happy to put your name on it
in the form of a tentative booking which are filed on a first come, first served basis.
We allow 2 tentative bookings per customer and these tentative bookings are active for

From the last weekend in June until labour day, all cottages are rented on a weekly basis only. Our cottages rent from Saturday at 3 pm until Saturday at 11 am.
Call for information about early June and post Labour day reduced rental rates and weekend availability.
Cottages below that appear to be used by the owners for the entire summer
is an indication that we have not yet received the owners contract but we
expect to receive the contract in the near future. However, at this
time we suggest you concentrate on the cottages which
are available below. Your understanding
is appreciated.

non-refundable $75 plus gst Booking Fee and a Security Deposit of $500.
The Security Deposit will be refunded if there is no damage
