This Georgian Bay cottage is about a one and a half hour drive from Toronto just off highway 12 between highway 400 and Midland. This eastern exposure beauty has all the comforts of home with all the extras of a cottage.
Upper floor
This open, bright and fresh upper floor is adorned with new, modern style white leather furniture. One seating area is set up around the gas fireplace while the other, around the television. There is a fabulous view of Georgian Bay through the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors which lead to the deck.
Just a step up from living room is the modern kitchen with an abundance of counter space and a large dining area.
There is a queen bed in the 11 by 12 foot master bedroom which also includes a large ensuite with a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms are just slightly smaller; a double / single bunk bed set in one and the third has a single and double bed. All of the bedrooms are bright and airy.
Finishing off the upper floor is a 3 piece washroom with a walk in shower.
Family room
Coming in through the main entrance of the house, you enter this large family room.
Here, there is a full kitchen, television entertainment area with sofa bed, foosball, and a billiard table.
There is also laundry facilities and another 3 piece bathroom with walk in shower.
